Description

Learn some skills on wheels before rolling with laughter on a skate-through heritage trail at West Coast Park! This programme welcomes both beginners and pros. Join us as you work in teams and take on side quests and uncover hidden stories.

Meeting Point

Location: West Coast Park, Pavilion to the right of Entrance Plaza of West Coast Park’s Carpark 3 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/VFpsX3KKjVZGf1Sw6)

Participants are encouraged to arrive fifteen minutes prior to the start of the programme.

What to bring and wear?

Participants are recommended to wear comfortable walking shoes, light clothes suitable for the weather, as well as to bring along a bottle of water, an umbrella, power bank and personal medication, if necessary.

Important Notes for Participants

A $10 fee is payable upon registration. No refund or exchange of tickets is allowed under any circumstance except for programme cancellation.

You are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the programme. The programme will start on time.

The programme may be cancelled or altered in the event of wet weather, inclement weather (e.g, hazardous haze conditions, flooding, etc.) or unforeseen circumstances affecting the programme (e.g., road closures, etc.). If so, you will be informed.

Each child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and must buy their own ticket if so. Each participant may be accompanied by a non-paying companion who may walk, jog or cycle.

By registering for this programme, participants agree:

a) that the personal information supplied will be strictly used for the purposes stated above;

b) that the programme organiser(s) may take photographs and/or videos of them (or their child as applicable) and use the images and/or videos including to archive, exhibit and publish them for publicity or any other purposes; and

c) for the programme organiser(s) to contact them regarding the programme that they have signed up for, as well as other communication that may be of interest to them.

SUSS Skate Interest Group is a fun community of skaters from all skill levels and disciplines, who gather to learn skating, build friendships and have fun doing so.
