Two of Singapore artist Lim Leong Seng's bronze sculptures are located at Telok Ayer Green, a vibrant area of cuisine and culture. In Chinese Procession, Lim depicts Chinese immigrants who lived along Telok Ayer Street in the 19th Century. They are portrayed carrying decorative flags and banners in a lively street procession for Mid-Autumn Lantern festival. They would also dress in colourful costumes and attract spectators with entertaining performances.
