Aeroplane or airplane chess is a popular Chinese board game developed in the 20th century with a very similar board and rules as the Western game Ludo and Indian game Pachisi. Its play pieces however, feature aeroplanes. It is a game that gained popularity around the world, including in Singapore, in the latter half of the 20th century.
