These large joss sticks were produced by Tay Guan Heng, which was the last shop making large hand-crafted joss sticks in Singapore. Dragon joss sticks (longxiang 龙香) were the most popular type of large joss sticks they produced. The centre joss stick has a blank section which could be decorated according to the customers’ fancy. It could be filled with words or appliqued figures.
