This booklet was distributed to new homeowners in Singapore in the 1980s, providing information on how they could apply for electricity and water supplies for their new apartment. Established as Singapore’s national water agency in 1963, PUB was responsible for providing the supply of water, electricity and piped gas in Singapore.
