Our First Ten Years – PAP’s 10th anniversary souvenir commemorative book, 1964

The People’s Action Party (PAP) was constituted as a political party in 1954, with the expressed aim of fighting for Singapore’s independence from the British. This anniversary souvenir book commemorates the 10th anniversary of the People’s Action Party (PAP) in 1964. It features photographs and important milestones of the PAP’s first ten years, including its inaugural meeting at Victoria Memorial Hall on 21 November 1954. There are also articles written in the four official languages by first generation PAP leaders.
