This coaster highlights the various destinations that Malaysian Airways served in the region, such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Kuching and Jesselton (known as Kota Kinabalu today).This is part of the history of Singapore Airlines, which was established in 1972 after the separation of Malaysia-Singapore Airlines (MSA). The predecessor of Malaysia-Singapore Airlines was Malaysian Airways Limited, which was named as such to commemorate the formation of the Federation of Malaysia in 1963.
