An angarkha is a full skirted, upper garment with long sleeves. It is usually opened at the chest and tied in front, or to a side with an inner flap. It is an attire originally intended for affluent men in the Indian subcontinent and seen as a form of formal dress. Traditionally, the angarkha is made with handspun white cotton.
