Saga Tree, Mount EmilyKong Yin Ying, 19, studentWhile waiting for her parents to pick her and her brother up after kindergarten, Yin Yingused to spend time collecting saga seeds under this tree. She says: “For the little treasures, we didn't mind getting our hands dirty. We dugaround among the roots as if they were excavation sites. For us, the most highly prizedsaga seeds were the oddballs: the strangely formed seeds with flat edges and yellowgradients. It became a competition between my brother and I to be the first to find ayellow seed -- and my brother usually won. Some of these seeds I've kept till today.”
