4 cardboard slipper face patterns

Patterns were used to guide the hand when drawing the outline of a slipper face in order to ensure consistency and accuracy in measurements. This was done with ink or chalk and applied directly onto the fabric.The acquisition contains numerous examples of templates, patterns and tools embroiderers used in the making of beadwork pieces.
