This kebaya has been cut from its fabric but remains unfinished. Yellow lilies are embroidered on the end of sleeves and bottom left portion of the kebaya while drawings in black give a glimpse of the intended design. Kebayas with elongated tapered ends were popular in the 1930s and many were commissioned by Peranakan women. It is part of a donation which contains a mixture of garments worn by Peranakan men and women.
