This kebaya is printed with sprays of pink peonies and scalloped at its finely sewn edges. Kebayas with elongated tapered ends were popular in the 1930s and many were commissioned by Peranakan women. It is part of a donation which contains a mixture of garments worn by Peranakan men and women.
