In a blue and orange striped fabric, this top has a high collar, pleated cuffs and large pockets on its front. A lace border with teardrop patterns is attached to its hem. This top may have been inspired by baju dalam, which was of a similar construction and was popular in the 20th century as an undergarment worn beneath organdie baju panjangs. This is part of a donation which contains a mixture of garments worn by Peranakan men and women.
