This is the original typed manuscript of the play, Emily of Emerald Hill from 1983. Stella Kon is an award-winning Singapore playwright whose most important work was the 1983 one-woman play, Emily of Emerald Hill. She is also a descendent of two prominent Peranakan philanthropists, Tan Tock Seng and Dr Lim Boon Keng.
