This packet of tobacco wraps was produced in Singapore by Seng Lee Tobacco Factory Pte Ltd. The company was first established in 1942 in Kuala Lumpur, before moving its operations to Singapore after the Second World War. The company used to manufacture its own cigarettes for export to Indonesia during the late 1950s, before business was disrupted due to Konfrontasi in the mid 1960s. Currently located in Kaki Bukit, Seng Leng Tobacco Factory Pte Ltd is still in operation today, a manufacturer and wholesaler of tobacco products and accessories.
