This is a 1955 poster advertising Singapore as 'The City of Tropical Splendour'. It depicts Singapre's waterfront, as well as an array of tropical fruit, a trishaw man and a man selling satay. There is a woman in a sarong kenaya and headscarf, and a depiction of the statue of Stamford Raffles as well.
