This photograph is part of a set which depicts the sights and scenes in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Designed by architect, A.B. Hubback, the Kuala Lumpur High Courts building was constructed in 1912 and completed in 1915. One of the distinctive features of the building is the towers with the cupolas and decorative buttresses. The Supreme and High Courts, which were originally housed in the building, were moved to the newly renovated Sultan Abdul Samad Building in 1984. Today, the building is simply known as the Old High Court and it houses the Sessions and Magistrates Court.
