This fine quality dagger has a tapering double-edged watered steel blade with a prominent central ridge. The forte of the blade has double panels of palmette motifs inlaid in gold. The hilt is composed of mother-of-pearl plates secured with brass pins. Iron washers of floral motifs overlaid with gold are decorated on two sections of the hilt.
