Portrait of First Lady Mrs. C.V. Devan Nair

This is a portrait of Mrs. C. V. Devan Nair (nee Dhana Lakehimi). She married Mr. C. V. Devan Nair in 1953 and the couple had three sons and a daughter. She became First Lady when her husband was appointed as the third President of the Republic of Singapore (1981-1985).
