This silver cup has ribbed walls. The plain upper portion has a fluted ovoid bowl with three parallel lines incised on the interior rim. On the exterior upper rim of the cup, there is an extensive pointille inscription in Kharoshti. It reads "rubea-putrasa budhavalasa sa 20 dhanea 1 1" which means "(Property) of Buddhavala, son of Rubea, sadera 20, dhanea 2”. According to Salomon, the name Rubea might also be read Rurea, the character is somehow in the middle of both outlines.
