Japanese Occupation census-taking list for family of Chew Hee Chuan

This is a census-taking list issued during the Japanese Occupation of Singapore during the Second World War. It gives the personal details of Chew Hee Chuan, then working as a hawker, and his family members.This artefact is part of a series of documents that belonged to Chew Hee Chuan, a Chinese immigrant who arrived in Singapore in 1935 at the age of 22 to work as a coolie.
