Chinese book, ‘Rubber Trees Blossom’

This book, published by The Youth Book Company (新加坡青年书局), belongs to the ‘Singapore and Malayan Chinese Literature’ (新马文艺丛书) series. The author, Du Hong, born Zheng Ya Ben (郑亚本), was the Vice President of the Singapore Chinese Writers Association. ‘Rubber Trees Blossom’ (《树胶花开》) was a popular poem in the 1950s and 1960s.
