This is an advertising poster for a soft drink by Fraser and Neave. Originally called The Singapore and Straits Aerated Water Company, it was started by John Fraser and David Chalmers Neave in 1883, producing carbonated soft drinks. In 1898 the company went public under its current name, Fraser and Neave, Limited. F&N – as it is popularly known – went on to establish itself in Singapore and Malaysia in the 20th century, securing the Coca-Cola franchise for Singapore and Malaysia, as well as branching into the production of beer.
