Memo issued by the Overseas Chinese Association

The Overseas Chinese Association (OCA) was a Japanese initiative used to coerce the Chinese community to donate a sum of $50 million and provide assistance to the Japanese war effort. The memo, which was issued by the OCA in Japanese-occupied Singapore, certifies that members of the OCA in Malacca had paid their contributions to the $50 million 'donation'.
