Receipts for contribution to Ghee Hin Kongsi

The receipt on the left was issued to Chen Ming Mei of Fujian province on the 26th day of the third lunar month of the ‘jiawu’ year, i.e. 1894. The fee paid was three dollars.The one on the right was issued to Lin A Fu on the 12th day of the third lunar month of the dinghai’ year, i.e. 1887. The subscription paid amounted to two dollars.
