This circular setter shard has three raised feet and a greyish body.It was found alongside sherds of Jun wares. Jun stonewares were produced at various kiln sites, the most famous of which were located at the Linru and Yu counties in Henan province. Jun wares were admired for their thick, bluish glazes. It is esteemed as one of ‘the five great wares of China’ by connoisseurs in the Southern Song, Ming and Qing dynasties.
