This stoneware pot has a flattened globular form with a short neck and small mouthrim and an applied strap handle. It is decorated with incised lines on the shoulder and combed lines between bands of concentric circles at mid-section. The pot is covered with dark brown glaze which falls short of foot, revealing a reddish-grey body. Khmer ceramics are generally thought to be used for ritual given their dark, sombre form and glaze.
