This red tapestry made of silk has gold and coloured thread embroidery. The top panel has motifs of vase, potted flowers, peach, fingered citron (also known as Buddha's hand citron) and josstick burner in gold, silver and coloured thread embroidery. It is edged with scalloped blue silk border comprising gold, green and pink thread embroidery. A yellow knotted fringe appears at the lower hem. The bottom panel has two panels with gold and coloured thread embroidery with motifs of birds, trees and flowers. Embroidered panels such as this were hung at the door during festive occasions.
