Public Utilities Board staff

The Public Utilities Board (PUB) is an independent statutory board established in 1955. It used to handle water, gas and electricity regulation functions in Singapore. It was originally housed in City Hall but eventually moved into its own building on Somerset Road in the 1970s. In 2001, PUB was restructured. Gas and electricity regulation functions are now handled by the Energy Market Authority while PUB is solely responsible for water regulation functions.
