Published in Singapore by Pustaka H.M. Ali, the magazine ‘Majalah Bintang’ is a Jawi magazine of the 1950s and 1960s which reflected the socio-economic conditions of the Malays at the time. ‘Majalah Bintang’ was a bi-monthly publication that was circulated on the 1st and 16th of every month.
